We booked roundtrip between the airport and our hotel. Both drivers were fabulous. The company in general was super accommodating. They tracked our flights and knew we were delayed by an hour or more. They called to confirm pickup the day before our departure. Just awesome service and people.

The driver was very friendly, helpful and efficient about driving through congested traffic. Despite trying to move some suitcases myself, the driver made sure that I didn’t have to lift them after they were at curbside. I was very pleased about having a private vehicle go directly to my destination, instead of taking a shuttle that would have had multiple stops along the way. The condition of the vehicle was perfect; it seemed to be a new vehicle. And the cool climate control when I stepped into the vehicle from the Florida heat was a relief! I have been very pleased with Viator every time I have booked with the company.
