Una vez que haya pasado por inmigración, haya recuperado su equipaje y esté listo para ser recogido, deberá llamar o enviar un mensaje de texto a nuestro conductor y se le indicará dónde ir para encontrarse con su conductor. • Tenga en cuenta que el conductor permite un tiempo de espera de hasta 90 minutos después de que el avión llegue a la puerta; después de eso, es posible que se le cobre una tarifa de conveniencia. Our experience with transfer from the airport to JFK to Hotel Times Square was excellent. From the first contact for scheduling until the completion of the services. The driver Marlon was there on time waiting for us, kept constant contact via WhatsApp. He was very friendly, gave us valuable information about the cycade. The car is wonderful, clean and well kept. Fair price for the services you provide. It was worth it. Super recommend.

The most lonely experience. I surprised my daughter with the limo when we arrived in New York from Ireland, they surprised her with a beautiful bunch of flowers at no extra cost. This is a great service. I received a WhatsApp msg once I had booked it, confirming all the details. The day before I arrived, I received another WhatsApp confirming the pick-up location and name of the driver. Marlon drove us into Manhattan, which is not an easy job due to the incredible amount of traffic. The SUV was warm and comfortable, so it didn't really matter that it took 1 1/2 hours to get to the hotel in Midtown. The day before we left, we got another WhatsApp with a time for pick up at our hotel. Again, Marlon was there on time and got us back to JFK in good time for our flight. I would certainly recommend this service as a great and hassle free airport transfer.

Amazing experience with the drivers that picked us up in JFK and the Hotel. I would easily trust my family safety and transportation to them. Easy to recommend. Great and spacious cars with all the space you need for family luggage. They also provided a nice car seat for our baby. 5 stars all the way!
