INFORMACIÓN DE CONTACTO UNA VEZ QUE LLEGUE AL AEROPUERTO DE CANCÚN Cuando llegue al Aeropuerto Internacional de Cancún, por favor siga estas indicaciones para encontrar al conductor que lo transportará a su destino: “Te recomendamos descargar la aplicación WhatsApp durante tu estancia en el Caribe Mexicano para facilitar la comunicación y mejorar tu experiencia.” Por favor, muestre en tu teléfono tu comprobante de confirmación al representante de la compañía y al conductor a su llegada. • Una vez que aterrice en el Aeropuerto de Cancún, recibirás un mensaje de texto SMS o Whatsapp del el presentante de Aeropuerto de la empresa y primero deberá pasar por inmigración y aduana. Nosotros estaremos monitoreando tu vuelo y la terminal de llegada hasta que usted salga... Después de pasar por inmigración, recoger su equipaje y pasar aduana, verá vendedores de tiempos compartidos y transporte a lo largo del pasillo. Ellos intentarán ofrecerle tours gratuitos y asistencia con sus traslados. POR FAVOR IGNÓRELOS (no hable con ellos y continúe caminando). Si tarda más de una hora en salir de la terminal después de su aterrizaje debido a su aerolínea, pérdida de equipaje u otra razón, y si no ve a nuestro conductor cuando salga del aeropuerto, por favor contáctenos. Nos comprometemos a proporcionar un servicio de transporte fluido, puntual y cómodo. Tenga en cuenta las siguientes políticas: No se aplicarán cargos adicionales si los miembros de su grupo llegan en vuelos diferentes, siempre y cuando se nos notifique con antelación. Si no se nos informa con antelación y se producen cambios de última hora, tiempos de espera prolongados o desplazamientos adicionales dentro del aeropuerto, se aplicará un cargo adicional debido a la logística extra que ello supone. We booked round-trip transportation to and from the airport to our resort. Which was about 20 to 25 minutes away for 90 plus dollars. And when I followed up to see what time we were being picked up to return, they said it was only one way
Wonderful experience very clean nice smell and really cold. Our driver was wonderful drove safely not to fast and even picked up our friends from their terminal since they couldn’t find us. I will always use them moving forward much better than amstar.
Easy to find and was very fast once we arrived. Car was clean and had tons of space. Communication was fantastic with both text notifications and WhatsApp. Our guide spoke English yet our driver did not. He did take us to 711 for some other drinks and was very friendly and safe. We had WiFi and drinks in the vehicle. Made for a great ride to Alkumal.
Dispite us being delayed by technical issues at the luggage pick up and then getting the full case search by customs security when we exited the airport Juan Daniel was there in the hat waiting for us. Quick walk to the car, where we freshened up with some cleansers and much needed ice cold face towels we were soon on our way in the extremely nice Large SUV. The journey was smooth Juan was friendly and very polite it only took an hour to our hotel with traffic and a couple of coronas helped that time go by as well. Definitely recommend this company and Juan Daniel.
The video that they send you a link for...WATCH IT!! The video is 100% the BEST way to help you understand what you need to do when you land in Cancun. I followed the directions from the video and found my contact person easily. Black or Green long sleeve shirt with STP Caribe. Awesome ground crew, excellent driver. Our first time in Cancun and they took care of us very well.

I chose this taxi service over the resort shuttle expecting a higher level of service and the flexibility to make a quick stop for supplies on the way to the resort. Before the trip, I contacted STB Carib on WhatsApp to confirm that a brief 10-minute stop would be possible. I also reminded the driver when we got into the van. Despite both requests, the driver “forgot” to stop, which made the experience no better than using the less expensive hotel shuttle. Additionally, we purchased a cooler package advertised as containing five Coronas, five Cokes, and five waters for $40. During the drive, our party only consumed three beers and one Coke, and the driver left the resort with the remaining drinks (two Coronas, four Cokes, and five waters). Overall, the service did not meet expectations, and I would not choose this company again.
