We are very diappointed by your "none service". We arrived at pier 6 thinking it was the right address as typed in google map and because we did not have 2 choices for the pick up (manhattan) at 1:40pm. The people checked our reservation and put us in the lounge and told us we would be taken care of as soon as the helicopter arrived. We wen't 3 times to check on the arrival : 2:10,2:15 and 2:35, to find out at 2:45 that we were not at the right helipad. No solution to get us to JFK outside of "take a taxi". If they had told us at the check in that we were at the wrong place, we would have made in time for West 30. People on the phone told us to basically repay a fare and that is unacceptable. So chose wisely when it comes to helicopter ride.
The weather delayed the flight. I had to leave New York. They said I’d receive a credit. As I’m about to board my plane, they said it was rescheduled? I’m not even there. No credit yet or contact back.
Top class vibe, professional unpretentious friendly & efficient service. Great value service, I would highly recommend.
Fantastic views of Manhattan whilst transferring to JFK. Helicopter was smooth, service was frequent & Blade staff friendly.
