We had a very good experience with Edwin and truly appreciate his service. Originally, we booked a Mercedes Sprinter van for our group of four adults because we were traveling with a very large amount of luggage. Unfortunately, our United Airlines flight was delayed multiple times, causing a very late-night arrival and several schedule changes. Throughout the process, Edwin was very responsive, helpful, and easy to communicate with. We stayed in contact through WhatsApp, and every time we had questions or needed updates, he responded clearly and promptly, which was especially helpful given all the flight delays. Because our arrival was pushed back so many times, the original Sprinter was no longer able to wait, so Edwin quickly arranged an alternative solution with two SUVs at no extra cost to make sure we were still picked up that night. We appreciated his effort to adapt to the situation and ensure that our transportation was still handled despite all the unexpected changes. When we landed, I sent him our location, and within minutes he was there. He was punctual, professional, and very helpful with our many bags. Despite the difficult circumstances and late hour, he made sure we got to our hotel safely and as quickly as possible. We especially appreciated his communication, reliability, and willingness to work around a very complicated travel delay. Edwin was kind, responsive, and committed to making sure we arrived at our destination without additional stress. We are very grateful for his help and would definitely recommend his service.

Great transfer from the airport to our downtown hotel, no wait at the airport after telling at what exit door we were. Elias was an excellent driver and helped us for taking the bags in the trunk and out. We began to use Viator in Europe about 25 years ago and continue to do it when we need.
