- Dado que el espacio para equipaje dentro del autobús es muy limitado, solo se permite llevar una (1) pieza pequeña de equipaje de mano por viajero en el autobús. La medida máxima permitida para el equipaje en el interior del autocar es de 40x30x20 cm (esto solo se aplica a los autocares con espacio para equipaje debajo). Se permiten maletas más grandes y artículos voluminosos como tablas de surf, equipos de esquí y similares en el maletero inferior siempre que haya espacio disponible. Se permiten bicicletas a bordo sin cargo cuando el espacio lo permita. La bicicleta debe estar embalada en un envoltorio protector.

As others have already reported, there is indeed a problem with the tickets on the bus, as they are not recognized; however, the friendly employee of the company was willing to let me board.
The bus was very punctual at the departure from airport to Stockholm and return. Comfortable trip, driver professional and kind. Bus enough new with nice design.
Bus stops changing without notification. Getting a bus is a lottery. Rarely on time. The same when leaving the city - mostly late or buses cancelled! Need at least one hour buffer to make sure you reach the airport on time.

At the airport, finding the bus departure is not easy. For the rest, come and go, comfortable bus and peaceful 40 minutes journey to the center of Stockholm. Longer than the train but on holiday it is done

I need a refund for my ticket the operator didn’t accept the issued ticket. Asking me for a qrcode and the one it was issued to me is invalid.
Very good service, one time, lots of seats, clean modern bus. Cheaper than the train and gets you where you need to be. Bus runs every 15 minutes, you can buy tickets in advance or in the bus.

I have chosen to create an account on tripadvisor and would like to express a warm and heartfelt thanks to the driver who helped my daughter get home from Fridhemsplan on December 8. My daughter had been stranded at the bus stop in Fridhemsplan around 10.00. 02:00 after missing his bus home towards Gröndal. The situation was both stressful and precarious, especially late at night which can feel especially stressful. The driver’s concern to help her made a huge difference and ensured that she could get home safely as the bus was already heading towards Liljeholmen Unfortunately, I have had no other way of getting through with this message. I have tried to contact Flygbussarna’s customer service without success and this is therefore my way of ensuring that the driver’s fine contribution is nevertheless recognized. We are deeply grateful for the humanity. Such a response certainly deserves to be highlighted, especially during Christmas time.
