Very nice and convenient way to make a transfer with a little bit sightseeing on the side! Everything was well organized and on time. Very nice and good english speaking guide
Best value for money. Very kind and friendly guide. It is very good for doing the Hue/Hoi An route. At the Hai Van Pass stop, it is not necessary to buy a ticket to see the views since if you follow the path where there are restaurants you reach areas where you can observe the area well. The journey is pleasant with the 4 stops that are made. In the Marble Mountains you have to get right to it if you want to see everything since you only have 1 hour. (It is not worth paying for the elevator, since it only goes up to the 1st section, then there are more stairs). All in all, I recommend it!!
Dear Sir/Madam, Thank you for your feedback. I hope you have a meaningful and enjoyable experience in Vietnam. Wishing your family good health Regards, Linh.

This bus trip allowed me to visit several sites between Hue and Hoi An. The journey was well-timed. Our guide Thang was very accommodating The cherry on top was the transfer from one homestay to another.

This review would have been written sooner had I not gotten busy upon my return to the US. On April 3, my family and I (7 of us) took this bus transfer from Hue to Hoi An with sightseeing stops. It was a great trip considering the reasonable comfort of the bus, the timing and the excellent service at a very reasonable fee. Of note, to be specific about our experience: 1. When booked, we are given a pickup time range. The bus arrived to pick us up at Silk Path Grand Hotel a few minutes earlier, which worked fine with me as I would always rather be early than late for our appointments. However, some of my family members who did not book at the same time as I did although for the same date (April 3) received a later time range, they aimed for the later time of the range to be ready, hence for them it was "too early" and they were not ready. The bus had to wait for them. 2. All the sightseeing stops were worthwhile, some had more time than others. Some sights could use more time however arrival time at Hoi An was the restricting factor. We had to make it to Hoi An by 5 pm as vehicles were forbidden in some streets in old town after 5 pm. All stops were timely for restroom breaks. 3. Our Vietnamese, English speaking guide Dang was very knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and professional. He did not mind answering questions beyond the scope of the tour. 4. Additionally, the driver and Dang were very caring and honest. Somehow my credit card fell out of my pocket while on the bus. The bus driver found it. I did not even realize that I did not have my card until Dang texted me, sent me a photo of the card and asked me if it was mine that night. He arranged for one of his colleague to bring it to me the next day at the Silk River hotel where I stayed. I offered to tip his colleague just as a token of my appreciation but he declined and said that it was just an appreciation and service from the company. This company and the staff are exceptional. It is a rare find. 5. The company and our guide kept in touch with us via Whatsapp. We will definitely use this company again in our next trip to Vietnam.

Good price, good journey. A yielding way to travel from smell to hoi an . It would take 10 minutes to the two 1st stops to add 20 minutes to the marble mountains, not enough with an hour, it gets very fast and worth enjoying more that stop. The guide and driver very correct everything
Thank you so much for choosing our service and for sharing your thoughtful feedback ❤️ We’re delighted to hear that you enjoyed the reasonable price, the convenient route, and the professionalism of our guide and driver. Providing a comfortable and cost-effective journey from Hue to Hoi An is always our goal. We also truly appreciate your suggestion regarding the time at Marble Mountains. Your feedback is very valuable, and we will carefully review the itinerary to improve the experience for future guests. Thank you again for traveling with us, and we hope to welcome you back on another adventure in Vietnam soon!
Booked with booking.com but one word: amazing!!! It was an amazing experience. The tour guide (Dang!) was truly fantastic, and the bus driver was incredibly friendly. The two of them chatted a lot together, which created a relaxed and fun atmosphere. Meanwhile, the guide kept sharing stories along the way—full of interesting facts and, above all, a lot of humor. His English was excellent. Everything about the organization was smooth and well arranged. We honestly didn’t know what to expect beforehand since we had booked it through Booking.com. With so many options, you always wonder: did we make the right choice for the trip from Hue to Hoi An? Would there be too many stops? Would it be too hot? Would we actually enjoy what we were going to see? In the end, everything turned out to be fantastic and perfectly organized. Each stop was well planned, with just the right amount of time in between. There was even a light lunch served on the bus, which was quite funny—a fresh baguette with peanut butter and sugar. It might sound unusual, but it was actually really tasty and gave us a nice energy boost. The communication beforehand was also excellent. We received WhatsApp messages confirming our booking, checking the details, and letting us know exactly where to wait—whether in front of the hotel or just a short walk away (never more than three minutes, especially in Hue city center). On the day itself, they were perfectly on time. The driver even called us and sent a WhatsApp message when he was nearby. Everything ran incredibly smoothly. Our luggage was stored safely underneath the bus, you could leave youre backpack in the bus (it has a camera) and bottles of water were handed out right away. The four stops were perfectly spaced, each about 30 minutes to an hour apart, giving us plenty of time to explore places like the Marble Mountains. We laughed a lot and learned so many interesting things, big thanks to the tour guide Dang. Huge compliments to him! So really, book this tour. Great price for what you will get out of this day!
