We went on a Christmas market River cruise so booked our transport to the Zurich airport from the port in Basel. The Rhine River had other plans, the boat couldn’t make it back to Basel due to high water. I was able to communicate the entire time and move our pick up location. Our driver Pascal was such a gentleman! Since we had a 1.5 hr bus ride to reach the pick up spot, he offered to stop for us to have a restroom break. He even had euros for us to access the restroom. He provide water and French chocolate for us in his clean and comfortable Tesla. Thank you Pascal for taking such good care of us and getting us to the airport on time!
