Transportation was on time, helped with bags and was friendly. Driver was also safe and was able to navigate narrow roads well.
Precisely on time, easy to schedule. It was just me and my 2 kids in a big van. We just relaxed on the way to airport.
Driver claims to have been at the pick up point. My wife and I were at the pick up .10 minutes early. We never got contact with the driver and if they did show up, they left without us. We were on time but they left us behind. They took our $85 and ran. Terrible experience. We had to use another company and pay another $85 to go 30 miles to the airport. This was a terrible experience with Viator. We have used this company in the past without issues. This was the final straw. I’ll never use these people again.
Dear Mr. Robert, you have every right to publish what you think and feel, but you are misrepresenting the truth and making allegations that are not true, as we have demonstrated with the GPS records of the van and the driver, as well as the hotel entry and exit security logs. We have already provided all this information to Viator as evidence. We confirmed your pick-up time and you received it in your messages, where the times are recorded, and we also have the time you arrived at the hotel lobby. Unfortunately, you arrived late, which is why the minibus left. Even your message stating that you were going to try to reach the lobby arrived 19 minutes after the scheduled pick-up time. I reiterate that we regret what happened with your transportation, but the responsibility for the situation is yours. We have already given the go-ahead for your money to be refunded.
Keilor Navarro was on time, helpful and very courteous and was very knowledgeable about the questions asked of him. I would specifically request for him again when I come back to visit.
The driver Juan Carlos was on time. Actually he arrived a little early. This helped ease my nerves. I was nervous because the company Green Country did not reach out to confirm until the morning of my pick up. Overall great service.
The transfer from Planet Hollywood Beach Resort to Liberia Airport (LIR) was seamless, efficient and pleasant. The driver was very friendly, on time, helpful and shared interesting information along the route. The vehicle was very comfortable and clean. This was one of my best transfer experiences and I would recommend other travelers use Viator for transfer service.
The transportation to the Hollywood was amazing. The driver was very helpful, friendly, and accommodating. I would definitely recommend this company for the transportation needs.
I did a round trip from the airport and they drove me around and showed me Costa Rica and they took us on some of the best tours these guy are the best
