This isn’t an actual transfer service. They don’t have a dedicated fleet of vehicles to pick you up at the time you request. You’re just paying extra for them to call a ride for you on one of the ride share apps so you’re just better off using Bolt, Yandex, etc. I was so confused by why the operator kept asking me to let them know when I was ready. Beware because they won’t call the service until you say you’re ready. My ride was 30 minutes late and the operator had to call two different cars. This was so stressful and just thankful I decided to leave extra early for the airport. Don’t recommend this option at all.
