We were very impressed and pleased with our experience with Viator and our driver. Our cruise ship did not let us disembark until 1 hour after our scheduled pick up. We notified Viator in advance to let them know that our cruise ship was late in releasing us from the ship. Viator was very helpful and our driver did wait for us. Our driver was very professional, helpful and personable. We highly recommend aviator’s service. We will definitely use their service again in the future.

The only issue we have is that they confirmed but never confirmed the time until the morning. It was stressful to not know they were going to be there on time. We called Viator numerous times and they left a message. We also emailed them a couple of times. We never got a response until that day an hour before the time we requested. The communication was better.
Hello, we apologize for our lack of communication as your reservation arrived on the weekend and our offices were closed. Our operator had a lack of constant checking and responding to new reservations. We will improve this aspect to improve our quality. Driver was on time, reliable, and space was ample with a family of four and lots of luggage. Highly recommend. Van was air conditioned and pleasant.

Our driver never showed up. We waited for several hours outside the shift and finally had to get a taxi. Viator did get a hold of the company and I did receive my refund but wasted several hours standing in the heat.
