The actual drive from the airport to the hotel was fine- it was the meeting up with the driver that was the problem. No person with a sign met us. He communicated using WhatsApp because he didn’t want to pay to park. Not everyone has international data on their plan. I did but once outside the terminal building it dropped from 4G to E. The airport wifi also didn’t work once outside. I have had difficulty in the past with my phone service taking a few hours to kick in upon arrival in another country. I like to see a person with a sign when I exit customs.
Hi , there driver didnt come in earlier not because of the parking issue , it due to far lacation of parking and pick up . It will be more waste of time to walk to the parking area which is at another block. to safe the time we advice the driver to wait at waiting area and pick up the guest once they are out. We do ask is it okey to communicate after arrival , you have replied okey we can . Due to that we communicate via phone upon arrival.
very unprofessional, inattentive, I do not recommend them at all, they arrived late we were waiting, I ordered 2 trucks, 1 arrived and the other we had to wait

Here we want to address some of issues that happen on that date. 1) You have mention the pick up time at 2pm , but you reach out from imigration to our team at 3.10pm and you have informed us that the imigration taking long time. We understood your situation and we waited for you to come out without any issues . 2) You have came with group of 16 peoples and you guys didnt came together but came out separately, still my staff waited to collect all of you together. 3) You have flight landed around 2pm at peak hour but you book your tour at 4.30pm on the same day you arrived . The airport is located almost 1 hour driving to your hotel from the airport but you blamed us to compensate the tour if you are late for the tour which is unacceptable. 4)The van was waiting at waiting area since 2pm and the van cannot wait at the arrival lobby for pick up because the police will not allow us to wait there to avoid traffic . We will be fined if waiting more than 10 minutes . There is a special area for waiting , we only can ask the van to move to arrival gate once the guest is out. We have provide our services as planned but because of the delay at imigration lead to the delay pick up . Sorry for the inconvenient .Your feedback is invaluable in helping us improve our services.
