We were so glad to be met on arrival and taken smoothly to our hotel in Buenos Aires. Clean car, reliable driver, prompt. English was only fair but dispather checked in with perfect English to verify arrival details.

Driver did not show no response from company, flight was on time we were under 90 m8nute wait do not use these people
Thank you for your feedback. We would like to clarify the situation, as this review does not accurately reflect what occurred. The driver was at the airport at the scheduled time. Unfortunately, the guest did not locate the driver at the initial meeting point and assumed the transfer had not been provided. Instead of calling the 24/7 emergency contact number clearly stated in the booking voucher, the guest contacted us through the Viator app using inappropriate language, which delayed communication. Shortly after, the guest successfully met with the driver, and the transfer was completed without any issues. The flight arrived on time, and the service was provided as booked. We always recommend that guests use the emergency phone number provided in case of any difficulty locating the driver, as this allows us to resolve situations immediately on the spot.
Daniel was kind and gracious. He welcomed us at arrivals as promised, helped with our large and heavy luggage, and pointed out interesting landmarks en route. It was a wonderful experience and we would certainly book an airport transfer with GET again.

We had a flight cancellation and couldn’t make it on the day we were supposed to arrive. I sent a note to them and they rearranged to pick us up when we did arrive a day later. Great customer service. Our driver was on time, very helpful and courteous. He got us to our destination quickly and safe. Great experience, we will use again when we come back. Thanks!

Edwardo was waiting for us with a smile and sign in hand. He immediately took our luggage and escorted us to a spot to wait just 3 minutes for him to pull up with his car. The auto was clean and comfortable. A great experience!
