First visit to Turkey so we were a bit cautious especially as the TUI transfer predicted at least 1 1/2 hours. Therefore we decided to book a taxi through airportstransfers.com. On our arrival we were met by Giyasi Aydogan who was extremely polite and welcoming and put us at ease. Although the travel time was more than likely quicker that the TUI transfer and Giyasi didn’t speak much English and we didn’t speak any Turkish we arrived safely at the resort and felt comfortable with Giyasi. We were given bottles af cold water and the AC was welcome after a long journey. We booked a sedan car but was met with a luxury people carried that was spotlessly clean complete with midnight sky effect led lighting. In summary, we would have no hesitation booking again especially Giyasi. Thank you again

I arranged this VIP transfer to celebrate my daughter’s birthday. It couldn’t have gone easier. They’re waiting for you at the airport with your name and then take your luggage on board. Put you in there. Give you a drink and then you get to your hotel your arrive in style highly recommended.

Straight off the plane and into minibus for transfer, and comming back on the ball with pick up , first time using this service but will definetly recommend..

Booked transfer a week before departure. Booking was accepted. They then cancel on us 24 hours before. No explanation. No alternative offer . Nothing . Clearly, this company has got so big time , arrogant and has got its head so far up its own backside , that I guess this is the way they choose to treat customers . We’re all fodder and so attention to detail, or any form of customer service doesn’t even come into it. AVOID
We sent you a message stating that you had made a reservation for Marmaris and that your hotel was not in Marmaris but in Adaköy, but you didn't even bother to reply. Therefore, we cancelled your reservation. Would a guest book a trip to London and then want to go to Manchester instead? I leave this to the conscience of all TripAdvisor users. Furthermore, your unfair and indifferent behavior in leaving negative reviews about our company is disappointing. Please respect the businesses you deal with and don't consider apologizing as something demeaning.

Was a good over all experience. TV did not work and communication was difficult with the drive. Over all a good trip past that.
