Seguimiento de vuelos: monitoreamos los vuelos y gestionamos las recogidas en consecuencia; en caso de demoras en el vuelo, enviamos a los conductores en consecuencia. Tiempo de espera gratuito: todos los clientes del aeropuerto tendrán una hora de espera gratuita desde el aterrizaje del vuelo o 30 minutos desde la hora de recogida deseada. Nuestros conductores son amables y tienen un buen dominio del idioma inglés. Siempre mantenemos nuestros vehículos limpios para que los pasajeros tengan un viaje agradable.

London City Airport. We were instructed to meet our driver at the airport’s information desk. We expected the driver to be there with a sign as was our experience previously. After an hour of messages and calls with Viator and driver we were finally able to locate the driver outside of the airport. He ended up being a great guy and impromptu tour guide on the way to our hotel. Please know that our experiences with Viator transport vary drastically from no show to excellent. It would be helpful if all drivers meet at the initial meeting point with a sign as travelers are not familiar with outside locations of foreign airports. In the future we will just use the airport taxi line and be on our way.
Adapted vehicle and a very friendly driver. The journey was a little longer than expected due to traffic, but the taxi has the advantage of allowing us to visit the city in some way too.

We booked a taxi to pick us up fromCity airport. The company contacted us earlier to confirm the details and the information from driver. When we arrived they were already there. The whole service is still excellent and professional!

Booking process was OK. I mentionned the complete adress of our hotel and pricing was made accordingly. At arrival at London City Airport, the driver was late and once he was there he didn’t make any effort to make himself visible. When finally identified, he argued he was already waiting for 15 minutes. Liar. So finally departed 15 minutes later than planned. The driver asked for more detaIls of the destination’s adress, I gave him the address as mentionned in the booking and he started to become nervous, sayong this was not precise enough… On arrival, he got more and more nervous, even rude as he didn’t find the address immediately. I believe service might be usually OK with this company and we just had the wrong driver. So 5 stars for booking process and communication, 1 star for this particular driver.
