Guy showed up in a taxi sedan although I put in the comments I had 6 suitcases. To top it off, said he could not take us because he is not allowed to have bags in his front seat. After about 15 minutes of him smashing my bags in his trunk and him calling his office for guidance. He finally put two bags in the front so he could see out the window.

As there were 2 travelers, the vehicle was expected to accommodate up to 2 check-in suitcases and 2 carry-on bags. According to your review, your party had 6 suitcases, which significantly exceeded the stated luggage allowance. Our driver made every effort to accommodate the additional luggage while ensuring the vehicle could still be operated safely and in compliance with regulations. After consulting with our office, a solution was found so that your transfer could proceed. We understand that traveling with extra luggage can be challenging, and for future bookings we recommend selecting a larger vehicle or contacting us in advance so we can arrange transportation that best suits your needs. Our driver was very courteous on arrived a little early to make sure we were able to leave on time and make it to our destination at the desired time.
