Driver arrived on time, helped with luggage, was super friendly and got us to the airport on time! Also, they recommended the time for pickup based on flight information and it proved very helpful.

Driver was waiting for us when we were ready to go, even though it was very early in the morning. The very pleasant and friendly driver offered us bottles of water to take with us. He was helpful and informative, and a very good driver. He delivered us as close as possible to the entry point at the airport. Would certainly recommend this service.

Vilnius is a beautiful old city worth a visit for sure if one has not been in the Baltics! We stayed directly in the old city. Great food, great coffee, very friendly people! Will hope to return! However, I will use taxis as the special shuttle was twice as expensive and unfortunately not dependable. The driver that did pick us up from the airport upon arrival was very friendly and helpful, but our the shuttle we ordered for departure never showed up which was somewhat stressful for us. The company did reimburse us for which we are grateful! JM
