Como parte de su traslado al aeropuerto con nosotros, uno de nuestros conductores capacitados profesionalmente lo recibirá en la recepción del hotel, listo para ayudarlo con su equipaje y guiarlo a su vehículo. Se recomienda que nos diga su número de vuelo para que su conductor pueda asegurarse de que lo recogerá en la terminal correcta y pueda adaptarse a cualquier cambio en el horario de su vuelo.

We have an early flight so we need to be picked up from hotel 0430am. We loved that our driver is early 10 mins before our pick up time.. He is very helpful too.

Got us there safely and on time. Dropped at the wrong terminal - Driver’s GPS service was out of date. Airline changes terminals 2 months earlier. Aggressive driver in traffic - but so we’re the other drivers in Rome…

They totally and when I say they I mean VIator, our transportation from the port of Rome to our hotel in Rome and they almost ( down to the last hour) almost screwed up our transportation from Rome hotel to Rome Airport. Viator is the problem. Since the refuse to put you directly in touch with the vender and Viator is incapable of communicating effectively and certainly not accurately I would NEVER us them for transportation. Their tours have been fine, no complaints

Excellent driver, was early and even at 6:00am was very friendly. Excellent size van for the four of us and our bags.
