Tenga en cuenta que este traslado es desde el aeropuerto HNL hasta el área de Waikiki, la terminal de cruceros y el complejo turístico Kahala únicamente. Este traslado no presta servicio en el complejo turístico Aulani Disney ni en el área de Ko'olina. Servicio desde el aeropuerto: llame a nuestra oficina y lo guiaremos hasta su traslado.

This went really bad, first of all I was expecting someone with a sign at the airport I was not told to catch a VIP bus outside the terminal I was looking for a (Viator bus) we arrived at 11:30am and after a couple of phone calls we were able to catch the bus at 3pm totally unacceptable

Overall, the transfer was okay, but there were a couple of issues worth mentioning. After we arrived at the airport, we called to confirm our arrival and were given clear instructions on where to meet our driver. The lady we spoke to on the phone was friendly and helpful. My advice is to make sure you go directly to the designated meeting point. Before we reached it, other drivers claiming to be from the same company approached us and took us instead, which was confusing. When we arrived at the hotel, I explained that we had already paid through the Viator app, and the driver became noticeably annoyed. Apart from that experience, the transfer itself was straightforward.
Extremely long wait times, overbooked van, rude customer service. Would NEVER recommend to anyone!!!
We waited 20 minutes for the bus to arrive, and they had to pick up a few more people from 2 different locations.
Wish they would let you know where they are meeting you. Difficult finding where they pick you up. Drivers were great. Ladies answering phones a bit hateful.
Our driver was amazing. Getting us from the airport to our hotel in a good amount of time so we can get our vacation started. He offered us recommendations on places to eat and places we can visit.

My paid tickets were no longer displayed in my booking on the day of arrival. Difficult to contact someone on site then. So the money was spent for nothing!
The driver was great! The vehicle clean! We received no actual info on where to find the bus. you need to work on that! I ran around and made three calls before I got correct info. It held up the other passengers as well!
