Very bad service tried reaching out to them to let them know that there was a mistake in my booking and nobody responded. Had to take a local taxi to get to my hotel. Very frustrating. We need to do better in customer service.

Everything was great about the experience except for the fact the you said we were confirmed for a 3:00 am pick up and when I contacted the company directly, we were not and had to pay extra. They were awesome to deal with directly and I wish I had booked through them directly because as a third party, you are not great at what you do.
<p>I would not recommend you pre-book transportation. There were plenty of shared vans available at the airport.<br/> Here's my experience: I arrived as scheduled and went immediately through customs, immigration and then exited. I did not see ANYONE waiting for me. As I did not have my phone, I had to borrow a phone and pay a taxi driver to call the number. Someone then showed up a few minutes later. He told me because I was just one person I could pay him more money to leave now or I would have to wait up to an hour until the van filled. I chose to wait it ended up being less than an hour but still frustrating.<br/> On the pick-up going back to the airport, the driver was very late. He called my hotel to tell me that because there was heavy trafficI was staying in the center of the city I needed to walk a few blocks, on cobblestone sidewalk, to meet the van. With my luggage, I refused. He eventually came and carried my luggage to the van, about 4 blocks away. Everything else with drop-off went okay.</p>
<p>The pickup at the airport was flawless. We exited customs, and someone was already waiting there holding my name. We were escorted to the van quickly, and we got a mini-tour of Guatemala City on the way to Antigua. They even gave us a lot of maps of the local area and the country to take with us!</p> <p>The ride back was shared with another group of people, and the drivers weren't as friendly and outgoing as our first drivers. Despite heavy morning traffic in Guatemala City, they got us to the airport well ahead of time for our flight.</p>
