Made for a seamless transfer from our cruise ship to the airport. So much so that we were four hours early for our flight. Our driver shared Seattle history with us as he drove.
My family and I had a great experience. We disembarked from our Princess cruise and went straight to the pick-up point, which was easy to find. Check-in was fast and the ride convenient. No complaints.
It was a comfortable and timely ride to the airport, driver was very friendly. Bus was very clean and able to accommodate many people.
The shuttle driver was professional. The ride to the airport was convenient and no issues arriving on time.
Driver was at the airport even though our flight arrived early. Very nice and polite man. Helped us with our bags especially my heavy bag. Will definitely recommend him.
The instructions for pick up were very clear There was a lack of instruction from the crew on the dock but they are not with the shuttle crew. We were directed to a prepaid line that took a while to get where we needed to go when we could have walked directly to our pickup location. Once in the right location the company took great care of us. We were off and heading to our hotel/airport very quickly. Our driver was helpful and friendly. We would use this service again.

Was told to meet the shuttle at bus lane R, so we went to R and there was a flag showing Seattle Express so we gave them our luggage and got on the shuttle they asked what airline and we told them. Once we got to the airport the driver asked for cash. I showed him my voucher from Viator and he said oh that's not our company. I said wasn't this bus parked in "R" and he said yes. He then would not allow us to leave until we gave him another $50 cash. I then contacted Seattle Express through the Viator app two separate times and they would not return my text. So NO I would not recommend this shuttle service, as it cost me two times the amount and no one would answer me back or give me a refund.
