Didn’t show up for pick up at the airport although the booking was confirmed. Followed the instructions provided and waited for over 30 minutes. When I called the number provided I was told it wasn’t the company listed and that there was no reservation in place for my group. The SJD airport experience is already stressful/ chaotic enough on its own, I could only imagine the situation being worse if we had no cell service. Definitely not worth the trouble just book a taxi upon arrival.
Scammers. Never showed up. Sent one intro message and never responded after that. Had to book transfer through our hotel at the last minute to avoid missing our flight. Phone number doesn’t work.

I contacted the company days before our arrival and never got a response. We were not told how to find them at the airport. Despite searching thoroughly, we were not able to find them anywhere. We ended up hiring another driver. The company did contact us later. They were very apologetic, stating that there were new employees in the office. Now I’m waiting to get my money back from Viator.

Luis was great, very friendly and was very helpful for our return transportation to the airport even though he did not drive us back to the airport he made sure everything was taken care of for us.
Great communication until the day we arrived. I had to have another company reach out to them to see where the driver was. Once the driver came it was fine. No water was offered to the group. Driver was very nice.
Terrible service. Never showed up at the airport. Would give it 0 stars if possible. We waited for over an hour and we had 5 small children. Terrible start to our vacation. We even confirmed our flight with them in the morning and they still didn't show up. We sent several messages and got no response.
The driver, Martin, was professional and very helpful. Just what we needed. We were able to add a stop at the grocery store for a reasonable amount.
I booked the shuttle the night before for a 10am pickup. I was nervous that they wouldn’t receive my request, but they totally pulled through.
My original transportation fell through and this was an option. They were on time and got us to the airport on time and the ride was wonderful as well as the driver was very nice and pleasant.
Scheduled private ride back to the Airport from Cabo - SUV was pristine, driver was early and waiting, friendly. Excellent service provider and smooth ride to head home!
