Do not book this as ticket was not usable

We boarded the bus and driver could not scan QR code and we were forced to buy another ticket - have messaged to request a refund but no answer - very disappointing !

Double charged

The trip was fine but I ordered tickets for my daughter and I and when we got on the bus, the driver said that they not good. I had to pay again. Called Vitor nd was told that. They would open a claim even though he could see that I paired double.

it doesn’t work driver can’t scan the barcode. i end up pay twice!! 🥲

barcode doesn’t works! i have to pay with the driver again. not recommended u don’t need to make reservations just go and pay at spot

Thank you for your review, Nittaya. We are very sorry the barcode on your voucher couldn’t be scanned — that can unfortunately happen with some Viator-issued tickets. In such cases, the driver must issue a manual ticket so you can still travel, but of course you should not end up paying twice. Since the original booking and payment were made through Viator, the refund can only be processed directly by them. Please contact Viator support with your booking reference and explain that the barcode was not readable and you had to pay the driver again — they will handle the reimbursement for you. Trip Advisor tickets are invalid

This bus ticketing system totally did not work. I bought 2 one way tickets the night before and the QR code was invalid upon arrival. Had to pay twice. Do NOT buy these non refundable tickets through Trip Advisor!

This ticket didn’t work....

This ticket didn’t work. It showed it was not valid. I had to pay again.. I have the receipt .. this is disappointing

Driver unable to find our reservation

The driver was unable to scan the QR code for each individual ticket. He tried on both my mobile phone and the printed documents I had. We ended up having to pay him again. Thankful we had a credit card on us to use for payment.

Bus ride from airport

Great bus ride from airport to central station in Munich. Very convenient & efficient and always on time. Highly recommended. AAAA++++

Poor ticketing experience!

My ticket was declined and had to obtain an alternative means. Lost the price of my fare. Said the QR code was invalid. Had to then pay by card. Not pleased!

Memorable in a negative way.

The scan of the supplied code did not work. The bus driver immediately removed our luggage until I paid him in cash. No choice. I had to make my flight. Ghosts in the machine or did I buy someone lunch? Who knows.

Charged double for one ticket

Travel Agent purchased the ticket for me but drivers would not honor it so I had to another ticket. Will be looking for refund of the first ticket that was bought for me.
