Fast and efficient service with great communication – Driver was very easy to find and got me to the hotel very quickly
THIS IS NOT FOR POSTING. I would like to provide some feedback. If you look at my profile - you will see that I use VIATOR a lot as you have great service. However - I would NOT recommend this vendor / service. 1. - there was no communication from the vendor. 2. When I landed - I called the number for the service and no one answered. 3 - the good thing is that there was a driver waiting with my name but - he did not speak a word to me. Not even hello. I had to ask him where he was taking me and he showed me the hotel address on his phone. I think you should consider using this vendor as it does not give Viator a good review. Thank you.
My driver was prompt and communicative. I traveled as a solo female and I felt very safe. I would use their services again!
The transfer was a no show at the airport arrivals area. Veru poor service and communication. Had to get a taxi on my own while I had already paid for this transfer
