Llegadas: Al llegar, busque a nuestro conductor, quien sostendrá un cartel con su nombre en la salida de vuelos nacionales. Si tiene dificultades para encontrarlo, por favor contacte a nuestro equipo de soporte. Monitoreamos los retrasos de los vuelos para asegurar que el conductor esté presente a su llegada. Dispone de un margen de 60 minutos después del aterrizaje para encontrarse con el conductor. El tiempo de espera adicional podría generar cargos extras. Salidas: Le informaremos la hora de recogida en su hotel antes de su salida, mediante mensaje o WhatsApp. Por favor, esté en el vestíbulo del hotel 5 minutos antes de la hora programada. Nuestro vehículo esperará entre 10 y 15 minutos después de la hora de recogida acordada. Llegadas tardías podrían resultar en la pérdida del traslado sin reembolso. We used the airport transfer from Nevşehir Airport to the hotel and again for our return—both journeys were punctual, comfortable, and stress‑free. Good value for money. Hereke was very professional in handling our situation, messaging us afterward to come to a solution Originally booked a shared transfer through whatsapp and had some issues with cash payment to the driver due to some miscommunication.
