Una recogida en el aeropuerto o puerto se realizará de la siguiente manera: Realizaremos un seguimiento del vuelo o barco para que usted o sus invitados no tengan que preocuparse por la hora de recogida. Tenga en cuenta que su chofer esperará en el punto de encuentro (dentro de la plaza del aeropuerto o terminal del puerto) con un letrero con su nombre (iPad con el logotipo preferido y/o su nombre). Su chofer se comunicará con los invitados después de la llegada enviándoles un mensaje o llamándolos para informarles dónde se encontrarán (si se proporcionan los números de teléfono). Si no se puede ubicar o encontrar al chofer, llame a nuestro número de emergencia. Complaint: Defective seat and monitor in business class We had a flight with 5 people in business class from Vancouver to Frankfurt. Unfortunately, my son's seat was completely defective and not functional. Despite the efforts of the friendly flight attendants, the problem could not be fixed. My son and I were unable to sleep as a result. In addition, the monitor was also defective and the frame kept popping out. Unusable and disturbing. The course had cost 1,000 € + 50,000 miles. As a "compensation" we received a bottle of champagne and were promised 8,000 miles, which does not come close to the inconvenience caused. We expect an appropriate response and compensation from Lufthansa, but have waited in vain for a response so far. We hope Lufthansa will take our complaint seriously and offer a fair solution.

These guys are BRILLIANT!! They are professional, prompt and communicative.
