One of the members of our group had issues with their baggage going missing on arrival, they had patience with us as we tried to sort out the situation. The ride over was comfortable and we got to our destination safely.

Victor and Manuel greeted my sister and I with a very pleasant smile, they toke really good care of us from private transportations to shopping areas to giving us extremely great hospitality. Victor (who speaks both English and Spanish with a little attempt at creole lol) went above and beyond to ensure that I had an amazing birthday. He assisted us with (CHEAPER) tours and even went out of his way to show us a little bit of night life in Punta Cana.
