Our driver gave us outstanding service! She was at the airport when we arrived, and she communicated with me several times while we waited for luggage at baggage claim. By the time we got our bags, she was at our side and took us on our way! She’s very personable and made sure she dropped us off at the safest spot at our hotel.

Our travel plans were changed last minute due to bad weather where we live so once I sent a message to the tour operator about all the updates, THANKFULLY this tour operator was able to adjust their schedule to accommodate all of our travel changes in order to make it to our final San Francisco destination on time. I can't thank them enough for help making this stressful pre-vacation travel "hiccup" run as smoothly as possible and get us to our ship in plenty of time. Our driver was friendly and able to work with us on where to pick us up since we didn't know where we were at since we had never been to this airport before to know all the pickup locations. To meet us where we were was priceless.

The day before the transfer our driver contacted us to reconfirm the schedule. On the day of the transfer he sent us the license plate of the car to identify him and very punctual was already waiting for us. He assisted us with luggage and was very friendly throughout.

I wish Viator would take this company off their site. Waited over an hour at the airport. The car wasn't big enough for the luggage and it took over 20 contacts to get them there. 75 emails to them and standard reply with Case Closed. Do not use
