Reliable, friendly, clean and on time. Company was responsive with answering questions in a timely matter. Driver communicated the morning of pickup to let me know he was on his way and his estimated arrival time. Driver was professionally dressed, polite and social. Our driver was so patient and kind. He had to wait for us since there was a delay from Paris to Barcelona and we had to make a claim for one of our bags that didn’t come with the flight we were in. Thank you again
