i booked and paid for the Martha Brae experience. the night before our excursion the host called and said martha brae was too far away but we could do the same excursion on another river that he called White River. He said the price was the same and the river trip was about an hour 45 minutes. upon arrival everyone was friendly, however, there was no village, shops or restaurants. our trip on Rio Nuevo (location stamp from iphone) river was more like a ditch. it only had one stop to purchase souvenirs from locals and the entire trip lasted from 10:05 to 10:42. the best part about the trip was Beckham, our river guide. we had private transportation and the original driver we had was knowledgeable and friendly. he encouraged us to leave our bags in his car and he would be there waiting for us to get off the river. our bags had wallets and passports so we didnt leave it. when we got off the river he was gone to pick up other people so we had to wait on his return. while we were waiting we heard another guest ask an employee how much for the rafting experience and she told him $40/each. we paid $241.66 for martha brae (3 mile rafting) and transportation. on the way back the driver stopped at a souvenir shop (we didnt want to stop) but while we were looking around in the store our driver left us again so we had another driver take us back. the entire experience we got should have cost us around $125 but we paid almost double and the experience was the most stressful.

Our tour guide/driver Mama G (Georgia) was so friendly and gave us lots of interesting information about Jamaica and Montego Bay. She also provided lots of suggestions for interesting things to do during our day tour. Thanks Mama G for a great experience. Highly recommend booking with Mr. Reddie!

Had an amazing time, feel a little bad for leaving it so long to review. My friend and I booked all our Jamaica trips through trip advisor and this tour stood out. We went to an all inclusive at the hotel but wanted to get a real feel of the country. Our tour guide went beyond their call of duty, took us to some local street food where we tried fabulous curried goat and a vegan veg medley, he also stopped at a supermarket and take away for us and waited for us as we finished dancing the sunset away at Rick's cafe. We learnt a lot about trees (lol its a Jamaican thing) and he did a drive by of all the fancy Jamaican houses and residents. Left a great memory to take home. Massive thank you from Laura and Ant in the UK!!!

Momma G was the best driver ever! Very informative and made us feel comfortable during the ride. When I come back to Jamaica I will definitely book with Reddie Transfers again!

Had a lovely ride to Martha Brae. Our driver Nico was fantastic and added a bit spice and lots of local knowledge to our excursion. Even saw the school Ussain Bolt attended. Awesome. Rafting was something different, and if you want to know hie peacefuk Jamaica under the shades can be, just try it.

Our driver was very personable. He explained different sites/tours along our route. He was prompt at pick-up.

This is a must do! Our river captain was O’Neil and he was AWESOME! Very knowledgeable, kind and accommodating!

Deray was a excellent driver and tour guide. I did the excursion by myself and was a little hesitant about my safety. Deray and Ronald my raft driver made me feel very comfortable and safe. Deray gave me a wealth of information about Mo Bay and the town surrounding the river. He also gave great suggestions for the remainder of my trip. The car he drove was very clean and air conditioning works. Had a great time on this beautiful tour!
