The transportation never showed up. The phone number provided didn't work. Now I'm battling viator for a refund.
The driver was extremely friendly and patient! There was a sign with my name on it so it was easy to find the driver. The company communicated with me every step of the way. I would book with this company again.

Our flight was delayed 1hr due to mechanical issues. When we got to the airport, the driver was already gone. Had to take a taxi. Tried to call the number on the confirmation, but could not get ahold of anyone.
Never showed up for us , we waited over an hour in the end and had to find alternative transport ! Xx
