This was the best money we spent on the whole trip. Arrived at the airport after a LONG day of travel and our ride was waiting for us. Helped get our luggage into the car and drove us right to our hotel through Lisbon's crazy traffic. Would book again!

Jorge was right on time and waiting for us when we left customs. He gave us a brief tour of the city while he took us to our hotel. Van was clean, comfortable, and Jorge gave a nice commentary of Lisbon. We were traveling to Porto later so we didn't take the transfer back to the airport but Jorge followed up with us to make sure. I would highly recommend this service.

CAUTION: if you need to get from the airport to anywhere in Lisbon, beware of scammers. Someone will ask you if you want a taxi. They take you to a private car with no metre. At your destination, they will tell you it costs more than €200 which should cost about €20. Lots of yelling involved. Not a good way to start your trip. Take a licensed taxi or public transport.
Good morning . I believe it was not transported by our company. Our company has different licenses to operate (licensed taxis, and other licenses for transfers and tours). At Lisbon/Faro/Porto airport we know about this issue, it has been on television numerous times and the police sometimes focus on this problem, but their assessment in our service is not correct because we are not to blame for this major problem. we don't charge 200/300 eur for the city center. We are unintentionally denigrating our image by making this assessment when we are not at fault.
Driver was friendly, courteous, & as arranged was waiting outside with my name on a CD sign. Wouldn’t hesitate to arrange airport transportation with Viator again. Great service.
