Carlos was great, but unfortunately we were dropped off at the wrong resort. He dropped us off at Waves, while we were actually staying at JOIA Paraíso. Both resorts are on the same property and are only about a two-minute golf cart ride apart. After realizing the mistake, we called twice and also sent a message through the Viator app, but no one responded to the last text. Since we had paid for round-trip transportation, we requested a partial refund because they would not be providing the return trip. Our request was denied. We tried to explain that our resort was on the same property and only a couple of minutes away from where they had dropped us off. Instead of helping resolve what seemed like a simple misunderstanding, we were told we would have to pay an additional fee to be picked up from our actual resort. Carlos himself was friendly and professional, so this may have been a communication issue rather than his fault. However, the lack of customer service and refusal to honor the round-trip transportation we paid for left us very disappointed.

We booked a round trip package for our family and the title states “round trip transportation” … we went to check the time for the return ride to the airport and it says trip has past and it’s completed. Would never have booked this for the amount we paid if it had been for a one way ride… false advertising … scam

Driver was there waiting for us right outside baggage claim and the sign was clear. Very friendly and had cold water waiting in the car.

It was seamless ...from the time we exited the airport gauntlet of taxi services outside our name was held up by a smiling face. The ride was almost an hour out driver was very knowledgeable of the areas we were driving through and very courteous. The pickup at resort to airport went just as well. Will definitely use viator again .
