The driver was not holding a sign and there was no way to locate him. We had to ask other taxi drivers and thankfully one of them knew who to call and called the driver and brought him to us. It took like 20 minutes. I was about to just get a taxi and ask for a refund
Children frendly! Our plane was over an hour late and the driver was waiting for us. Good music onboard
Great experience!!! I traveled by myself and the ride was safe and I felt comfortable. The driver was at the airport on time with a sign with had my name on it. I would use again.
There are 9 of us and tons of luggage but the van fit everything in with nice air conditioning, Highly recommend transportation offered by them.
My flight came in early and the chauffeur was there waiting for me with my name on a sign. Very professional and courteous. That’s the way to go.
Organized as advertised. The driver could not speak English very well but we made it safe and sound. We had an interesting experience with a. Local hustler who was not the driver or an airport employee who managed to get a tip out of us for walking with us to the van. Live and learn :-)
We have used this taxi service for 9 years every time we come to Cabarete. Robinson or one of his drivers is always at the airport in Peurto Plata waiting for us when we arrive. We feel very safe with his driving, never had an issue. We have also used him to drive us and our family on several excursions he was great and very patient with us.Also provided us with car seats for the kids. Highly recommend him
