They did not pick us up at the airport on time because had us down for another time. Then they cancelled the return because they said the roads were not good. We had to use another company and the roads were just fine.
I understand your snarkeyness is intended to shame us however, drivers can only drive so many hours legally. This is Colorado, we have extreme weather - that's why your here. It affects every aspect of transportation and its unpredictable. just because the roads are fine, our drivers can only be on the road so many hours legally, and its all tracked by the DOT. so if the roads WERE bad - we may not be able to accommodate all of our obligations during extrema weather. This is true for every shuttle company. Calm Down, ifs for your safety - your driver is supposed to be awake and alert the entire trip.
