**Aeropuerto - Hotel:** A su llegada, recoja su equipaje y diríjase a la puerta de salida. Su conductor le estará espernado fuera de la terminal en el área de transporte terrestre, llevará consigo un cartel que muestra el logotipo naranja de Cancun Travel Experience. Presente su confirmación o identificación con foto al momento de abordar el vehículo. Llegadas: su transportación estará lista exactamente en 30 minutos después de la hora de aterrizaje de su vuelo y podrá esperar hasta 60 minutos después de la hora de aterrizaje de su vuelo. Si por algún motivo, tiene problemas para localizar a su conductor, diríjase a cualquiera de los siguientes puntos de encuentro: - Terminal 2 (llegadas nacionales) en el "Welcome Bar" - Terminal 2 (llegadas internacionales) en el "Welcome Bar" - Terminal 3 en "Margaritaville Bar" - Terminal 4 en el "Welcome Bar" **Hotel - Aeropuerto:** Su hora exacta de recogida será confirmada un día antes de la salida de su vuelo, su conductor llegará al vestíbulo de su hotel. Presente su confirmación o identificación con foto al momento de abordar el vehículo. Salidas: por favor esté listo y esperando en el vestíbulo de su hotel, los conductores solo pueden esperar un máximo de 10 minutos después de la hora de recogida que le fue confirmada.

little mix up at pick up, but the owners were friendly and solved the problem and got us to our destination.
The communication was terrible; they told me they would wait for me at the hotel to check the reservation details from the hotel to the airport. They said they would be there from 9 to 1, and I could never locate them because when I tried to find them, they informed me that they were already somewhere else and that it would be better to try the next day. They do not respect the schedules they set themselves, they send me messages and call me, and it seems that I have to be at their disposal during my VACATION, as if it is not at their hours, nothing can be done. I never managed to be with them, not even in the morning, while I was trying to locate them during the established hours, and nothing. Additionally, I asked them how we could proceed, and they only sent me a phone number; they did not have the courtesy to explain anything. Terrible.

Por este motivo, nos preocupa la información que recibió sobre una supuesta reunión en el hotel para verificar datos de su traslado. Dicha indicación no forma parte de nuestros procedimientos habituales y no fue emitida por nuestro equipo. Le recomendamos verificar siempre que las comunicaciones provengan de los canales oficiales de la reserva. our driver was fantastic, he picked us up from the airport and it was a smooth pick up. I was so stressed about the travel but I believe his name was Omar and he was great!
It was a great experience!! everything was on time and very professional. Communication between driver to and from location was perfect.
Horrible service They cancelled our trip when our flight was delayed. Did not respond to messages and we had to find a new transportation service.

They cancelled the transfer while we were waiting for them at the airport. I had to contact them to see where they were. They didn’t proactively communicate with me. If you have ever been at the Cancun airport you would know that it is a terrible place to try and leave. I was furious.

The driver was excellent. Not only was he friendly, but he drove smoothly. He even offered to stop if we wanted a beer or something to get the trip off to a great start
