The driver was professional and on time. No waiting at the airport he was there with a sign. The car was clean comfortable and the ride was nice.

The driver arrived at the hotel on time at the agreed time. He checked that the departure terminal was correct and took us quickly and safely to the airport.

Matteo arrived early, and picked us up right from our front door. He was very helpful and courteous, and he gave us water for the ride. The vehicle was comfortable, and the drive was calm, unlike in many Roman taxis. We appreciated this service very much, and it gave us peace of mind.

I was very disappointed and need a refund from Viator for the services not provided. Before the schedule time of pickup the driver requested if he could come over to the Arch Suite at 6am instead of 5am as previously agreed for the pick up time frame, so I agreed. When I come out from my entrance door suite around 5:50am, the driver Valermo was already waiting for us and helped us load our luggages. After unloading our luggages, I was charged by the driver Valermo for the transport services provided. When I told him that this was an arranged transport provided by Viator, he called the owner of the shuttle. I spoke with owner and he stated that if I do not pay Velermo, he will call the police and would not be able to board the plane. I showed Valermo the voucher but would not accept it so I called Viator x 3 but unable to connect. It was embarrassing arguing with the driver infront of the airpot loading port so I do not have a choice but to pay him. It seems there was a miscommunication between Viator and the transport operator. I pay Viator for the services not provided and it is just fair that I should be refunded as well as the embarrassment that happened at the airport.
Non è colpa nostra che voi avete preso la machina sbagliata 15 minuti prima del orario previsto senza consegnare il voucher al autista e senza chiedere a lui per quale società lavora.Il nostro autista e venuto 5 minuti in anticipo e ha aspettato 15 minuti in più.Vi ha chiamati anche al telefono ma risultava spento.Alla fine dopo 15 minuti di attesa a provveduto di provare con tutte le prove necessarie che stava d'avanti al vostro hotel con filmati, foto e con cartello dove era scritto il vostro nome e cognome. Tutte le prove sono consegnate al Viator,e per noi il lavoro è considerato fatto.Non e colpa nostra che voi sbagliate machina e autista e tenete il telefono spento.
Our driver was early, knowing the traffic pattern and time to airport. We arrived on time and the ride was great. I used Viator to book transportation and activities throughout our 2 week European vacation and well worth it.
Our driver showed up before 7 am which was great. Got us to the airport on time and dropped us in front of our gate. Great service. Thank you.
