Puede especificar su hora de recogida preferida en la reserva, o le recomendaremos una hora adecuada en función de la salida de su vuelo. • El tiempo de espera gratuito es de hasta 45 minutos desde la hora de recogida programada en la terminal de cruceros. • Si el huésped se retrasa más de 45 minutos y no podemos contactar, el conductor puede ser liberado. • El tiempo de espera adicional puede acomodarse según la disponibilidad del vehículo, pero no está incluido en la tarifa Viator y debe organizarse directamente con el proveedor local. • Procedimiento de recogida en terminal de cruceros: -Al desembarcar, debe recoger su equipaje y proceder a través de la aduana y la inmigración. - Siga las indicaciones hacia “Limousinas, Lanzaderas y Tours Privados (Puerta D)” y salga por la Puerta D, donde encontrará la Cabina de Despacho de Limusinas. -Haz el check-in con el encargado del puerto en el stand. Great experience - very easy to book and pickup went smoothly. Met us directly in the cruise terminal with quick delivery to the airport to catch the 12-noon flight out of Vancouver. We were there by 9:30 AM. Had a great, narrated tour of Vancouver along the way - what a bonus !

Excellent and reliable transport. We received enough information prior to pick up with clear directions. We knew exactly where to go and what to do. The shuttle was nice and clean. Big enough for 6 of us with our luggage. The driver was amazing. Very pleasant and happy early in the morning. He was very friendly and informative. The only thing we did not like that because it was a private shuttle, we had to wait a bit, maybe 30min to get the shuttle, even though he was already waiting for us. This has nothing to do with the company, it was a port rule. This is for all the private shuttles.

Super easy to use coming from the Canada Place cruise terminal. The text support was great at informing me of where the driver was, and when I had to adjust my pickup time slightly it was no problem. Our driver was a delight, and had lots of interesting info about Vancouver. He was super helpful. Would definitely use them again!

Reliable and timely with excellent communication on both of our trips from Vancouver airport to our hotel on the waterfront, and then back to the airport from Canada place cruise port. Cars were spacious even for our group of 5 adults and spotless.

Arrived for our transport a bit early actually which was nice but unexpected. Super friendly driver, helped us load our bags and made a nice drive to the airport. Great communication from this service as well!
