En el caso de que necesite hacer una parada para comer/comprar comestibles, lo atenderemos. También ofrecemos recorridos con cena y recogidas y ofrecemos recorridos privados a algunos de los lugares más buscados de nuestra isla.

We arranged round trip pick up from and to the airport. Drop off at the hotel was ok, but the pick up to return to the airport was not smooth at all. I messaged him the day before the pick to the airport and asked him to pick us up at 11:15am (check out time at the hotel is 11am), he replied he had scheduled our pick up for 11:55am and he had to pick up someone at 11 already. On the day of the pick up he texted me at 10:47am letting me know someone was going to pick me up possibly at 11am. I stood outside waiting for him and he finally showed up at 12:10pm. He said there was traffic (which he knew about) because he said that on Tuesdays the port was busy. Everyone else leaving the hotel was picked up before 11:30am. If you know there is traffic, leave early so you are on time. They will pick you up when they feel like it and NOT when you asked them to. If you don't want to be in a hurry, don't hire them.

One of the bellman referred us to Elkin’s Taxi and Transportation when we asked for a driver to take us on an island tour. Elkin gave us a far price and took us on a 2 hour tour. Elkin was kind, professional and knowledgeable about the island. His vehicle was very clean and comfortable. If we come back to Nassau, I would most definitely use Elkin. In addition, he took us to the Graycliff Restaurant for our dinner reservation. When I texted him that we were ready to be picked up, he arrived in less than 5 minutes. Thank you Elkin!

Unreliable, poor planners. I booked an airport pick up ahead of time and it was confirmed, but when I arrived on time they were unable to accommodate me because they let their staff off for the day. I was left stranded at the airport after I pre-paid for a pick up. They offered to refund me immediately, but it was terrible planning on their end. Thankfully there are taxis waiting at the airport so I was able to get on with no problem.
You wasn’t cancelled you were ask to take a taxi under consideration of you not waiting long, my drivers work until 5 and I explain to you I had flights delayed when you came I said to you I had just left with a guest so it’s unfair to let you wait for an hour for me to come back so I said take a taxi and I’ll refund you, to avoid having a bad review but it seems no matter what our mistake is as drivers some of you just want to crush us, when we think we are doing the right thing we are not.
