ENCONTRAR A SU CONDUCTOR Esté esperando frente a la salida del crucero 10/15 minutos antes de la hora de recogida, el conductor llevará un letrero con su nombre. Identifíquese mostrando su comprobante al Proveedor, para quien actuamos como agente de reservas. Los cambios en los horarios de recogida deben solicitarse a su proveedor o agente de reservas al menos 24 horas antes de la salida. Si el cambio es aceptado por el proveedor, será bajo su propio riesgo. No podemos aceptar ninguna responsabilidad por los clientes que no sean recogidos a tiempo y, posteriormente, pierdan vuelos o viajes adelantados si los detalles de la reserva han cambiado y no se nos ha informado en consecuencia. En caso de que se retrase para su desembarque, debe llamar al proveedor.

The driver picked us up at the Ravenna cruise terminal and delivered us to the main boat station in Venice. Unfortunately due to inclement weather that day we could not be taken directly to the canal entrance of our hotel. Instead we were taken to a dock on one of the more principal canals and had to walk about 15 min (through the rain) with our luggage. The young man assigned to us for tue boarding ride was courteous and assisted with rolling our luggage to the hotel (we appreciated this service); however it would have been good to have been notified beforehand what our options were to avoid the walk in the rain.

On that day, the unusually high tide level, combined with the weather conditions, made it impossible for the water taxi to reach the canal entrance closest to your hotel. Unfortunately, this is a situation beyond our control and, for safety reasons, the alternative drop-off point had to be used. We do understand, however, that walking for approximately 15 minutes in the rain with your luggage was not ideal. We appreciate your feedback regarding communication and will do our best to ensure that guests are informed as clearly as possible about any necessary changes to the drop-off arrangements. Comfortable easy transfer with very friendly driver. Boat was amazing, helped with baggage, escorted us right to our hotel.

We wanted to tour Ravenna on our way from the cruise port to Venice and found this company online. They met us after we departed our ship and took us into Ravenna for a 2 hour guided tour (which was a highlight of our entire vacation). The murals and architecture in Ravenna were awesome! Afterwards our guide provided us with a great recommendation for lunch. Then our driver picked us up and took us to the outskirts of Venice. To finish the trip, they arranged a private water taxi which took us directly to our hotel’s front door. Outstanding day thanks to Luxer Incoming’s awesome service.

Got off the cruise raining ppl getting wet to all fit in à bus. My driver was waiting and quick and easy. Smooth than I got to Venice another person had my taxi boat ready and waiting. Pls truly the right way to go

This was a great experience. Effortless. We got off the cruise ship and our driver was already waiting for us. The drive was about 2 hours to Venice. When we arrived to Venice someone else was waiting for us to direct us to our water taxi to take us to our hotel. I would highly recommend this service.
