Nuestro conductor llegará a la dirección indicada en la reserva 15 minutos antes de la hora prevista. Se presentará en la recepción del hotel y le pedirá su nombre y número de reserva. Póngase en contacto con nosotros al menos 12 horas antes del servicio para comunicarnos la hora exacta de su recogida. En el aeropuerto será recibido en el Meeting Point Limo Service con un cartel a su nombre. En la estación Termini, le esperan a la salida del andén 1, cerca de la farmacia, con un cartel con su nombre. En la estación Tiburtina, en la salida donde hay taxis con un cartel con su nombre. Cuando esté listo para partir, le ayudará con su equipaje y seguirá la ruta más rápida hasta el puerto de Civitavecchia, donde le espera su barco. Salvo que se indique lo contrario, todos los servicios de traslado se calculan sobre la base de 1 pieza de equipaje por pasajero. Los clientes con más de una pieza de equipaje por persona deben ser informados con antelación para comprobar si el tamaño del coche indicado es suficiente o si es necesario proporcionar un vehículo más grande y cobrar una tarifa de traslado más alta en función del tamaño del coche solicitado. Si los clientes viajan con más de una pieza de equipaje por persona sin previo aviso, se les podrá cobrar directamente el coche adicional.

We used Transfer Shuttle Tour for all of our transfers on our last trip to Rome (4 total). They picked us up from the airport to our hotel, then next morning to the Cruise Port, from Cruise Port to Rome hotel and then to airport. Each transfer the driver was on time, professional and friendly. They picked us up each time in a nice Mercedes Van even though it was only two of us. They have a special permit to drop off and pick up directly at the ship, which was key. I would totally recommend them and use them again without hesitation.

Our ride never came for us! They never reimbursed me! Overall they tried to say my round trip was not booked correctly! How does this happen?

It was very good communicated with us about where meet and we find them however it was a very, very long walk to the automobile.

We had a group of six with suitcases and had to book the day before departure because pour other transportation was cancelled. Viator contacted the company to to see if we can get an earlier departure. The tour company contacted me directly via Whatsapp and was very accommodating. I highly recommend this transportation. The vehicle was very spacious comfortable.
