I am a travel agent in the U.S. and my clients contacted me from their cruise ship less than 24 hours prior to disembarking saying they changed their mind and wanted a private transfer to Rome airport. Manuele pretty much dropped everything to secure a van for 4 passengers and 6 suitcases for the following morning. The transfer was perfect. Excellent transfer service from Rome hotel to the port. Excellent communication, showed up on time, very helpful with luggage. Huge comfortable van that accommodated 8 adults and all of our luggage! Would definitely use them again!
