I booked a transfer with Zip transfer, never use them, it was horrific. An hour late when we arrived in Alicante, a small bucket of a car eventually driven by a lady with no English, didn't know where she was going, and drove at speeds of 155 klm a hour, the whole experience was terrifying. Not only that we got the same lady back, same car and she was late again and the speed was even worse again. I cannot tell you how bad it was, I have complained and they have offered me 15,%off my next trip. That will not be happening, Stay away

What a fantastic company, I was on a villa holiday with my wife and 18 year old son, 3 of his friends were coming over for the 2nd week then my son and his friends were travelling through Europe to get home. We got to the airport in Alicante with our driver waiting on us, the driver was super friendly and after a mishap of the villa company giving us the wrong address we got to our villa with the help of one of the fantastic BTD admin staff. 2 days before our departure Gabriel from BTD called me to confirm everything for our transfer to the airport and sent me an emergency phone number in case of any problems. My son and his friends had booked and paid for a separate transfer to Alicante train station with a different company, the morning of our departure the car taking my son and his friends did not turn up and the company after being called numerous times could not give an explanation why. I called the emergency number of BTD and a super helpful staff member mentioned that it was a 9 seater minibus was taking us to the airport and that they could drop my son off and his friends at the train station for a minimal fee, my son and his friends got their train with 15 minutes to spare and myself and my wife got to the airport in plenty of time. Our driver Reuben was fantastic and friendly, thank you for helping out at a very stressful time and my son can start his adventure.
