Got the back to gold car reception and was told that l had damaged the front of the car which l couldn’t see as was under neath and the person inspecting the car already new what she was looking for as she looked around whole car then proceeded to look under the front of the car and said that l had damaged brand new car which had over 4000 kilometres on anyway will post the picture l took of the vehicle and you won’t see any damage unless your on the floor or put it on a set of ramps
Do NOT hire from Goldcar under any circumstance. I have used them in the past but NEVER again. I had a dispute with them from a previous hire but hired again due to price. I paid for hire in advance but when I went to collect the car I was told I owed them money for damage from a previous hire. After a discussion I decided that I would pay money (although I disagreed with them) so that I could start my holiday. They refused to accept my credit card and I was told to contact their office. I asked if they could do it for me and was told "no" and given an email address . When I contacted the office I received a reply in Spanish which I Google Translated. The reply thanked me for contacting them and hoped to be in touch within 14 days. I returned to their desk and explained to the manager that I would pay but again was refused. Customer service is non-existent. All this is due to fact that I did not take out their expensive insurance when hiring previously. I am certain they were waiting for me to return car and I also think that consequent hirers of that car were conned the way they tried to con me
If anyone is hiring a car at Alicante Airport DO NOT use OK Mobility otherwise known as Rent a Car Alicante because you will find that you have been charged for alleged damage that you did not know about or agree to. You will only find out about it when you arrive home and your credit card has been debited with an extortionate amount. You will receive no paperwork, on arriving or on departure it is all done digitally and you only find out when you get home, too late to contest it then and they know that. So people do not do it, find another rental company for the sake of your wallet and bank balance. Once again DON'T DO IT !!!
Very professional drivers everytime we use this company. We have used 6 times now & wouldn't use anyone else. Highly recommend to anyone traveling to & from benidorm.

Booked this service for a last minute trip to Benidorm , Driver waiting at gate when we landed and was right on time for the return , will be using again when we are next in Benidorm
