Bukchon Hanji Studio se encuentra en un auténtico hanok tradicional, que ofrece una rara oportunidad de experimentar la cultura Coreana en un auténtico entorno residencial, no un espacio de museo escenificado. Los huéspedes pueden relajarse en el patio, caminar por los suelos de madera y sentir la atmósfera de techos de tejas y ventanas de papel mientras crean sus obras de arte. I had such a wonderful experience at this Hanji workshop! It was one of the highlights of my trip to Seoul. 함혜인 was incredibly kind, welcoming, and patient. She explained every step so clearly that it was easy to follow, even as a complete beginner. I learned so much about the history and techniques of Hanji while creating my own piece. What made the experience even more special was how easy it was to talk with her. We had such lovely conversations throughout the workshop, which made the whole experience feel very personal and memorable. I would highly recommend this workshop to anyone visiting Seoul who wants to experience a traditional Korean craft in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. Thank you so much for such a beautiful afternoon!
We did a 30 minute souvenir making workshop using Hanji. We found this experience really fun and interesting. Ally was really lovely and made us feel very comfortable. She explained the process so well. I would really recommend this experience for people who would like a unique craft experience.
I had a wonderful time making the pretty keychain below! We really took our time, and I was able to learn more about what Hanji is and its multiple uses. The house is also beautiful! The neighborhood is a must-visit (before 5 PM), it’s very beautiful!
This place is SO AMAZING. The atmosphere is truly fever dream coming to life from k drama. The experience was a fun craft excersize with a hint of culture and history. Ellie is super fun, informative and caring. If you're considering, I'd say just DO IT.
