We just finished our jeep tour and had a fantastic time. Maipii was the best guide full of knowledge, thoughtful and didn't make us feel rushed at any of the stops. She took us for a delicious lunch at a local restaurant and we were so lucky to see a train pass at Train Street while sipping an egg coffee. Highly recommend this tour, company and guide! Due to the busy roads and scooters it was more relaxing to be driven by a very competent driver Phi and have things so well explained by Chris. The keep is a good height to see sights above the scooters. As it was only the 2 of us we were able to elect to walk in some areas and skip things we had seen elsewhere.

Booked a city tour for my group of 16 people and it didn't disappoint! Moving a group of people this size around Hanoi is a serious undertaking but the tour operated very smoothly under the professional guidance of leader Su. Su gave some quirky, interesting and often hilarious insights into some 'off the beaten path' Hanoi landmarks. She is a real gem of a leader. Every single person on the trip commented how much fun it was, how safe they felt and that it was a great way to see Hanoi. And the included food was awesome too - vegetarians, vegans, nut allergy all catered for without issue. Highly recommended!
