I understand that there were adverse weather conditions - but we only stopped at 1 place for Dergulho - no snorkeling for all passengers of the boat ▪︎ and then on a very crowded beach, where the boat driver - who spoke very little English - without knowing anything about the free chairs and hat included in the ad '- I do not recommend
A very disappointing experience. The salesman was charming but the trip didn’t deliver. The driver spoke no English (they knew I was English) so we had no way of knowing where we were or the names of the beaches. The driver kept shouting at me (instructions I think) which I couldn’t understand and nobody could translate (nobody else spoke English either). We gathered that there was too much weight on the back of the boat (almost certainly because there were too many people -11- on a tiny boat that seated three comfortably. I sat on a cool box behind the driver for the most of the trip. The boat was dirty with litter strewn on the floor. The beaches were also covered in litter which was so disappointing. The snorkel equipment advertised appeared to consist of one mask pulled out of a cubby hole. The drink included in the cost was a fruit drink carton. Every stop-off point was busy with numerous other boats, all playing loud music (as did our driver at various points). The trip was fairly cheap so I guess I got what I paid for. I would not recommend this trip, especially not to anyone who can’t speak Albanian.
Do not expect anything! me and my partner got on the boat, was a bit of a silly arrangement. very small space and you don't want to go here on a hot summer day! the boat runs really slow and everyone around us including ourselves got way too hot. we saw 2 people who had fallen asleep before we got to the first stop which took an hour!! it was way too long for us. we ended up desperately getting on another boat that went back to sarande because we couldn't sit in the heat any longer and a boat that ran way too slow. What should be included in the trip like a fridge, diving equipment etc we were not offered at all. this was a failure and we should have stayed in the city.
The tour started 30 minutes later than the scheduled time. According to the "Overview" description, we were supposed to have 30+ minutes at most stops, but every stop except Krorez was only 20 minutes long. The price we paid through Viator was significantly higher than the price advertised for booking the tour on-site in Sarandë. However, the tour itself was beautiful, and we enjoyed it.
Full day with boat that went to a beautiful beach with lovely water. Umbrellas and mattresses, okay food at the restaurant. Three stops for swimming on the trip.
Amazing experience! Truly one of the highlights of my trip to Albania. My friends and I had an awesome time enjoying the lovely beaches and swimming too. The staff was super hospitable and welcoming, and I would definitely recommend this experience!
This was better then it looks. The places was amazing and the guys told every truth and been so helpful and funny. I enjoyed this one definetly will return to Saranda
I had a lot of fun with me friends. We never thought this tour would be so great. The beaches were amazing.Perfect 10 to the staff
I was there with my girlfriend yesterday. The staff was very welcoming, the captain is friendly and explained us everything about the destinations. Comfort. The prices matches the trip.
The reason I just gave it a pass is the fact that they mislead you with information. There was no snorkel and no beach umbrella. It started before we could get on the boat. We had to be there at 10:40. We were supposed to leave at 11. We were told when booking that there would be a maximum of 10 people. After waiting for over 20 minutes we finally went. On the boat there were more than 20 people. So many that there were too few life jackets. In addition, there were some older ladies who needed a lot of help to get on board. They were promised there would be a gangway, but there wasn't. The boat trip along the various stops were okay, but not breathtaking. This will be different for everyone. Because the high season had not yet started, the beach bars at the big stop were not yet open. Again it was a challenge to get off board to the (pebble) beach. Once on the beach you have beautiful views over the water. However, we did not get a parasol At the other stops you had the opportunity to swim, but we were not given the option to use a snorkel. The water was still on the cold side, so not many people went swimming. After a 5 hour trip we arrived back in the harbour.
