Really good day tour! Picked us up from our hotel on time. We had enough time at all of the stops and didn’t feel rushed at all. The guide was great in both Spanish and English. I definitely would recommend and would go again!
Fabulous tour with a knowledgeable guide. Saw a range of things and had an enjoyable day out. 4 out of 5 due to the lunch place. Lovely people, but we can't speak Spanish which was a small issue when it came to discussing the menu and dietary requirements. The food was cooked well but was a weird option set for a DF vegetarian. I got fettuccine with vegetables on it, and this was different than the Vegan option on the menu. My friend also got given something different than what we thought we discussed. Otherwise the tour guide and driver were fabulous and we had a great day.
Valparaíso is beautiful but the guide ran too far beyond not speaking Portuguese. My parents didn't understand anything. Still left us away from our building
Excellent itinerary, all times well used. Tired but very happy. I start to love Chile ❤️ Excellent organization, very well thought out and organized. George and Snow great professionals.
I really liked this walk. The Guide Diego demonstrated a lot of knowledge and confidence, which left quite pleasant and improved the experience. Everywhere contributed with descriptions and explaining even the local "malandragens", girias and everything else. The company has already notified in advance by whatsapp and passed the contact of the Guide and estimated arrival time, which was met. I really liked that the tour had started a little later, which made us better enjoy the day and most importantly, we could have breakfast from the hotel. The company also, after we left at the hotel, showed concern about our satisfaction by making contact. We thus perceive her will to serve those who hire her. I recommend this tour and the company.
Valparaíso is beautiful, but has to go with the right agency... was a very busy walk, and little structure for bathroom, etc...
I took this tour on a rainy day, it's frustrating not being able to see all the places and tourist attractions in these places. Taking this tour on rainy days is unfortunately a waste of time.
Pablo was a really good guide & the experience was nearly as expected. Wine tasting could be better at the end of the day, because it was too early & cold at that time of morning! The driver needs to be retrained to NOT use a mobile phone when driving! Please provide him with a hands with a hands free mobile phone for our safety!
Best part was the lunch, food was delicious and seeing the Moir. Otherwise, nothing really stood out and just seemed like a bunch of unimportant stops and a lot of art work. This tour might be great for artist or folks that wally appreciate architecture, if not...pass.
Easy way to see some more of chile outside of Santiago but don’t expect much at the Casablanca vineyard. Just a stop to go to the bathroom and buy some wine maybe. You won’t see much of Vina Del Mar either and the restaurant of choice was disappointing as you’d expect more interesting coastal dishes from a sea town. Guide and bus driver were great but overall you are just riding around and looking at some different spots from the bus.
