Permet, la "Ciudad de las Rosas", es conocida por su turismo cultural, de salud y ecológico. En la antigüedad, el área de Permet era conocida como Trifilia, parte de la "Región Melotida" y en el centro de la ciudad hay una roca, que tiene una leyenda asociada con el nombre de la ciudad. Permet es conocida en toda Albania por su excelente hospitalidad y cocina, cuenta con 15 iglesias y 4 mezquitas. Vale la pena el viaje para ver toda la belleza natural que ofrece la ciudad. A las afueras de Permet, visitaremos el Puente de Kati, los baños termales, que tienen efectos curativos y el Cañón de Langarica. Además, el desfiladero de Kelcyres y una fuente de agua dulce natural que se encuentra a lo largo de la carretera Gjirokastër-Tepelenë. También encontrará dos horas de tiempo libre para explorar Permet por su cuenta.

Vale la pena el viaje para ver la belleza natural que ofrece la ciudad. Permet tiene 15 iglesias y 4 mezquitas. También exploraremos el Puente de Kati y los famosos baños termales, que tienen efectos curativos. Además, a lo largo del viaje veremos The Kelcyres Gorge y visitaremos una fuente de agua dulce natural que se encuentra a lo largo de la autopista Gjirokastër-Tepelenë.
Los baños termales de Benja son conocidos por sus famosas propiedades curativas, (traiga su traje de baño con usted) junto a él los cañones de Langarica y el puente de piedra de Katisa hacen de este lugar mágico. Aquí encontrará plantas medicinales y souvenirs vendidos por los residentes de la zona. También visitaremos el Cañón de Langarica, con magníficas vistas, a solo 200m de los baños termales.
Tepelene Cold Water es un parque natural con agua cristalina donde puedes tomar fotos, o comprar recuerdos, y opcionalmente, tomar un café porque tienes tiempo libre.

Lugares y horarios de recogida
Saldremos a las 8.30 am, desde el Puerto de Saranda / su hotel local / o desde la Oficina Principal de Tea Tours (Lagjia n.o 1, Rruga – Skënderbeu, No: 3), y regresar alrededor de las 17:30 pm. What a truely fantastic day After being on several boats trips this was such a change to be amid the natural beauty of Albania. This trip took by breath away Relaxing in the thermal baths was just what the doctor ordered and felt revitalised after The town of Permet is so lovely and lives up to its name of City of Roses The actual journey is stunning some breathtaking views of natural beauty so put the phone down and soak in the those views with your own eyes Alban was our guide and couldn't ask for more. We had a wonderful day with our perfect guide Fedele and the tour company also provided a dedicated driver which was a nice touch. Fedele gave us a wealth of information and was exceedingly educated, professional and personable. We felt like we really got to know him as we toured the amazingly beautiful sites and his company strongly added to how much we enjoyed ourselves. We highly recommend this tour. Since the tour is designed to be for a small group it is worth educating yourself a little bit about Permet. You may be asked what you would like to do/see in your free time. Other than climbing the gigantic rock formation, which was a designated stop, there might be churches or restaurants in Permet you'd like to visit based on your research. Also be prepared with bathing attire in case the option to actually go into the hot baths presents itself and you are interested in doing so. We were the only ones on the tour in early May. The experience/options may differ if there are more participants.

This was truly a beautiful day out. After being cooped up due to lock-down, I knew I was in dire need of nature, and the natural hot springs were just the ticket to ease my mind, and bring my entire body to a state of relaxation. My tour guide spoke English beautifully, and was a great leader throughout the journey. In fact, all of the staff at Tea Tours was lovely, and their office is also home to a nice Souvenir Shop, where you can find English books, maps and other goodies.
