A través de este tour nocturno podrás descubrir Santiago de Compostela de una forma divertida y diferente, mágica y misteriosa. Conoce los principales monumentos de la zona antigua mientras descubres todos sus misterios, leyendas y secretos; conoce a sus meigas, conjuros y amuletos; que es la Santa Compaña y los rituales para protegerse de ella; o la relación del Camino de Santiago con los Templarios y el juego de la oca. Se trata de un tour basado en fuentes históricas y perfectamente organizado y estructurado, en el que verás imágenes en una tablet, para que de una forma visual y didáctica, viajes al pasado, a esa Galicia ancestral, mágica, mítica y legendaria. Itinerario
Comenzaremos en la Plaza de Platerías, donde haremos una breve introducción histórica y contaremos las leyendas más conocidas de la traslación y milagros del Apóstol.
Veremos los edificios más destacados de esta plaza, explicando las figuras de la fachada del Obradoiro.
Hablaremos de las meigas, de los amuletos y conjuros para protegernos de ellas y del mal de ojo. Porque, aunque no creas en las meigas... haberlas haylas... También hablaremos de los Templarios y su relación con el Camino de Santiago y el Juego de la Oca.
Veremos la fachada del monasterio y su iglesia, el barrio judío. Y conocerás donde tenía su sede la Santa Inquisición...
Hablaremos de la Santa Compaña, la Queimada...
Descubriremos un motón de secretos y leyendas que se esconden en las proximidades de esta iglesia
Finalizaremos el tour en la plaza donde está la Puerta Santa, plaza en la que al caer la noche aparece un misterioso fantasma...

The wonderful truth, a lot of historical information, very enjoyable. I got short those two hours. The legends surrounding Santiago I liked a lot and our guide gave us a great time with his picaresque when it came to narrating history and legends. Congratulations!!
It was great and mysterious. Monica is so prepared that she made us introduce ourselves to earlier times.
The tour was quite informative and interesting; our guide focused a lot on the torture methods used against meigas. There was so much information and church facades visited that we got overloaded towards the end.

Recommended no, Super Recommended! Discovering the history of Santiago through its streets, explained so well by Monica, even things that not even many local people will know, coupled with the legends/history of the Meigas seen from the vision of the time it occurred, makes the idea of witches completely change in your head. A 10/10 for Monica who apart from explaining, also knows how to listen. And it's really hard to find people like that these days.
An unforgettable experience! I'm a lover of history and De Santiago. I hired the tour and the truth is that I was very lucky because I found Monica as a guide and she explained so well, that she was hooked as a little girl that they are telling her a story and what a story! The truth is that it is worth hearing the story of the legends of Santiago and Meigas and more from the mouth of a person who is known perfectly as Monica.
